Currently Record Networks provides support for the Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/windows 7 and Windows NT/2000/2003/2008/2008R2 Server platforms.
Typical system support services covered by our agreements:

Install and maintain running systems according to Record Networks's customers systems configuration and security guidelines, identify hardware problems and interface with the appropriate maintenance vendor for repair of any failing hardware.
- Install and maintain up-to-date system and networking software, including hot fixes, patches and security fixes.
- Perform quarterly maintenance on all system hardware and operating system software.
- Provide support for routine administrative procedures.
Record Networks provides these services from 8 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday unless special arrangements are made for additional hours. After hours coverage on a regular basis is available at an additional cost.
Additional services
Record Networks will consider providing additional services not covered by the scope of our standard support contract upon request. Additional services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
